Qualifications
Requires a BA degree and 2 to 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizen or Green Card Holder who has resided in the US for the past 3 years).
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
Compile and review budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration.
Prepare financial plans.
Monitor implementation of financial policies.
Prepare regular and special-purpose reports.
Maintain historical records and analyze trends.
Establish cost rates and personnel forecasts.
Recommend and interpret budgetary policies and procedures.
Prepare comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds.
Determine rationale for variances between costs and budget.
