Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a detail-oriented Program Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, unlock value through core software tools, and support, train, configure, integrate, test, and implement key applications.

You will design and build reports, dashboards, imports and notifications, assist with SOX compliance reviews, and mentor junior team members. This role offers remote or office-based work, with annual training travel up to three days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or related field, or 1–2 years related experience.
Experience with UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion, B2W, Procore.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, design, development and implementation of enhancements to core applications such as UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint and Oracle Fusion.
Design and build core application reports, dashboards, imports and notifications to support managers with data-driven decisions.
Act as a backup administrator for Oracle Fusion and other core applications.
Support SOX-compliant access reviews and security controls.
Coordinate training and guidance for users on core applications.
Meet with decision makers to define business requirements and goals.
Document test plans for system upgrades.
Work with internal and external auditors as needed.
Mentor junior team members and stay current on skills.
