Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a detail‑oriented Program Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and optimize core applications. You will implement, configure, test and train users on UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion and related systems to drive improved reporting and decision making.

The role involves designing reports and dashboards, assisting with data imports, and ensuring controlled access under SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, development and implementation of enhancements to UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion and other core applications.
• Design and build core application reports, dashboards, imports and notifications to assist managers with data capture and informed decisions.
• Act as a backup Administrator of Oracle Fusion and other core company applications as assigned.
• Support SOX-compliant reviews of program, security and report access.
• Provide guidance and assistance to all users with core application questions or concerns.
