Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and optimize core applications (UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion). The role supports training, configuration, testing, and implementation, plus reporting and dashboards to help managers make timely decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/Business or 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion, B2W, Procore and other core applications.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, design, development and implementation of enhancements to core applications.
Design and build reports, dashboards, imports and notifications to assist managers.
Act as backup Administrator of Oracle Fusion and other core applications.
Review program, security and report access to conform with SOX requirements.
Define business requirements with decision makers and end users.
Coordinate training on core applications as needed.
