Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and optimize core applications like UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, and Oracle Fusion. You will train, configure, test, and implement tools, build reports and dashboards, and support decision-makers with timely insights.

The role supports flexible work options (remote or office-based) with annual training travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or related field OR 1–2 years related experience or equivalent
Experience with UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion and other core applications
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, design, development, and implementation of enhancements to core applications (UKG, iCIMS, ViewPoint, Oracle Fusion)
Design and build reports, dashboards, imports, and notifications to aid managers in decision making
Act as a backup administrator for core applications
Ensure SOX-compliant access reviews and security controls
Gather and translate business requirements with stakeholders
Provide user support and trainings on core applications
Define business requirements and system goals with decision makers and end users
Coordinate information requests and manage project status communications
Develop, execute and document test plans for system upgrades
Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement
