Job summary

Vestmark is seeking a Technical Programs Analyst to blend hands-on technical work with program ownership in the Engineering Technical Programs function. You will collect data across systems, build reporting for leadership visibility, and drive initiatives end-to-end in a hybrid Wakefield or Boston office.

The role demands a technically savvy, resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in an analyst, program, or related role in a technology or engineering environment.
• Experience with data and APIs; knowledge of reporting/dashboarding tools; experience with Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet; some scripting or query experience (SQL, Python).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Analysis & Tooling: Pull, connect, and analyze data across multiple systems to answer questions and surface insights.
• Analysis & Tooling: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give visibility into engineering delivery, spend, and tooling.
• Analysis & Tooling: Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve how the team gets and uses information.
• Program Delivery: Take ownership of programs and initiatives, driving them from request through delivery.
• Program Delivery: Coordinate people, tasks, and timelines to deliver outcomes effectively.
• Program Delivery: Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items, and follow up to closure.
• Program Delivery: Maintain a clear view of technology vendors and spend — cost, renewals, and usage.
• Program Delivery: Surface optimization opportunities such as underused licenses or duplicate tools for leadership decisions.
• Reporting & Operating Rhythm: Produce clear status updates and recurring reports for engineering leadership.
• Reporting & Operating Rhythm: Keep systems of record accurate and support the team's cadence of reviews and planning.
