CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager in Maine to support Efficiency Maine’s Mobile Home Initiative, coordinating with CLEAResult staff, Efficiency Maine, installers, and program participants. The role emphasizes delivering verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

The position involves collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery, manage multiple priorities, and help advance home energy upgrades and outreach efforts

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience in residential energy efficiency programs.

Responsibilities

• Support program delivery for Efficiency Maine initiatives with high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and speaking to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong project and time management; stay organized and proactive.
• Track budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual... To join our growing team as a Program Manager. In Maine, CLEAResult proudly supports Efficiency Maine's Mobile Home Initiative, promoting mobile home heat pump upgrades with rebates, loans, marketing, technical support, and stakeholder outreach. The Program Manager will play an important role in making sure this initiative is delivered effectively and in a manner that drives verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of this effort, the Program Manager will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including other members of the CLEAResult team, Efficiency Maine staff, registered installers, and program participants.

Responsibilities

• Support our efforts to provide best-in-class program delivery support services to Efficiency Maine, resulting in high levels of both client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative.
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.

Strong candidates will have:

• 2+ years working a client facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Relevant experience in residential energy efficiency programs.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$86,300.00 - $129,400.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
