Responsibilities

• Manage sales support processes, templates, pricing libraries, and documentation.
• Develop and provide professional services pricing across offerings including scope, timelines, hours, costs, and travel budgets.
• Generate SOWs detailing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide timely RFP responses on professional services approach.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and sales hand-off after contract signature.
• Build detailed financial models for professional services projects.
• Educate teams on process changes impacting cross-functional operations.
• Collaborate with directors for process improvements.
• Improve sales support processes and methodologies.
• Support sales during discovery and scope definition.
• Represent PS in contract negotiations and delivery method discussions.
• Prepare content for demonstrations to clients in person and virtual.
