Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Sales Support Manager to align sales and services, estimating timelines and effort for Appraisal & Tax solutions. You will craft pricing, generate SOWs, and support RFPs while representing Professional Services during the sales cycle.

The role requires deep deployment knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to educate teams on process changes. Remote work is supported with up to 25% travel for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales support processes, templates, pricing libraries, and documentation.
• Develop and provide professional services pricing including scope, timelines, hours, costs, and travel budgets.
• Generate Statements of Work for each project outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide timely RFP responses regarding professional services approach.
• Organize knowledge transfer and sales hand-off meetings after contract signature.
• Build detailed financial models for professional services projects.
• Inform and educate both Professional Services and Sales on process changes impacting cross-functional operations.
• Collaborate with discipline and portfolio directors for process improvements.
• Continuously improve professional services sales support processes and methodologies.
• Support the sales team during discovery and scope definition for opportunities.
• Represent Professional Services during contract negotiations on delivery method and SOW.
• Prepare and present content for oral demonstrations to prospective clients.
