Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of consultative services experience (or 9 years in related roles), strong communication skills, and comfort traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination roles, or 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting technology services engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to support moderately complex technology projects aligned to business objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client success.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.
• PMP or services-related certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of relationships with key client stakeholders and internal partners
• Gain understanding of client business objectives to align services solutions
• Participate in account planning activities and client-facing discussions
• Support the delivery lifecycle of professional services engagements, including consultation and implementation
• Assist with defining project scope, timelines, and resourcing plans
• Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance and client satisfaction
• Identify potential delivery risks and support mitigation planning
