Job summary

Ideal3 is seeking an experienced and licensed Professional Liability Claims/Coverage Attorney to join our remote team. This role offers 100% remote work, competitive benefits, and a collaborative environment focused on work-life balance.

You will manage professional liability claims from inception through resolution, drive coverage analysis, and provide strategic guidance to clients, brokers, and carriers. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

Licensed attorney with active good standing in any state; NY license a plus.
Insurance industry professional liability experience desired.
E&O experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and related applications.

Responsibilities

Handle professional liability claims from inception through resolution.
Drive coverage analysis, investigation, and strategy in a collaborative environment.
Conduct investigations, interviews and document reviews to assess reserves and settlements.
Provide timely reporting and recommendations to clients, brokers, and carriers; manage litigation strategy.
