Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in any state.
• Insurance industry experience a plus (CGL/PL).
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and related applications.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle liability claims from inception through resolution.
• Conduct investigations, interviews and document reviews.
• Provide settlement recommendations and manage litigation strategy.
• Provide timely reporting and proactive client communication.
