Qualifications

• Must have a valid PLS license; multiple state licensure a plus.
• Field and office surveying experience is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills necessary.
• Ability to work remotely and manage survey crews effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians and field crew.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews; conduct research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints and plan projects.
• Perform quantity and volume calculations; communicate daily with crew chiefs and operations team.
• Collaborate with drafting, design, and operations teams for progress updates and plan revisions.
