Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission in Austin, TX seeks a Workforce Transformation Specialist to design and deliver training, coordinate programs, and drive staff development across Texas facilities. The role emphasizes data-informed evaluation, dashboard reporting, and SharePoint site management.

The ideal candidate will facilitate workshops, build learning objectives, and support process improvements while traveling up to 50% of the time. Telework eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in training, leadership, coaching, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with Texas State facilities or similar settings recommended.
• Experience developing, coordinating, facilitating, or evaluating training and staff support.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, or reporting program data.
• Experience creating or maintaining SharePoint sites and resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement training and staff development activities.
• Facilitate workshops and staff sessions in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats.
• Develop learning objectives, agendas, facilitator guides, and supporting materials.
• Maintain training calendars, rosters, and completion data.
• Promote programs and tools to improve employee engagement and support.
