Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an Instructional Developer to design and deliver engaging eLearning content for the CTD division in Austin. You will work with subject matter experts to define objectives, create interactive lessons, and ensure accessibility across multi-generational staff.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, multimedia production, and collaboration with a team of instructional designers.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in designing and developing eLearning content using adult learning principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate learning objectives into engaging online courses.
• Familiarity with content development tools (Captivate/Articulate/Storyline) and multimedia assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with subject matter experts.
