You will coordinate activities, review materials in Office and Drive, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years using digital productivity tools (Slack, Outlook, Notion, Confluence).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings.
• Experience organizing and synthesizing information across platforms.
• Experience supporting documentation, process refinement, or training resources.
• High school diploma or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written content and documentation grounded in domain knowledge.
• Participate in discussions and feedback via Slack and collaboration platforms.
• Review, edit, and improve project materials using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Coordinate and track project activities using Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
• Use Notion, Confluence, and WhatsApp Business to support workflows.
• Contribute to ideation, brainstorming, and process-improvement recommendations.
• Support project milestones through organized information management and clear communication.
