Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist for a remote contract role. You will design and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows, and drive measurable productivity improvements across large organizations.

You will develop AI-powered workflow automations using leading platforms, architect cross-platform solutions, and integrate with enterprise knowledge management and business process tools, while guiding change management and stakeholder enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with generative AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, and automation.
• Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge management systems.
• Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex) and enterprise connectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in enterprise change management initiatives focused on digital transformation and process improvement.
• Excellent systems thinking skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
