Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Production Training Support Specialist to communicate training materials and resolve system issues for VA VR&E RES. This fully remote role is based in the United States.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on VR&E RES, build deep process knowledge, and deliver interactive virtual training sessions, collaborating with clients and team members at all levels. A bachelor’s degree in communications and 5–8 years of related experience are required, with Agile experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent experience with training and support systems.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-directed and proactive with learner needs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical learners.
• Maintain SME knowledge of system platform and changes.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolutions.
• Participate in system enhancement meetings as SME.
• Analyze data discrepancies and report root causes.
• Research and resolve RES-related customer requests.
• Provide production support ensuring proper interpretation of program guidelines.
• Create training materials based on customer needs.
