IntelliBee is seeking a Production Support Engineer to maintain Medicaid-related systems. You will monitor in real time, manage incidents, and drive reliability through automation and governance across a highly integrated healthcare technology landscape.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, vendors, and business teams to ensure data integrity, smooth production changes, and proactive issue resolution in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Strong operations or production support background.
• Advanced troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Experience with Splunk, Linux, SQL, MFT tools and IBM ESB stack (DataPower, ACE, MQ, WSRR).
• Clear communicator bridging technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Real-time system monitoring and proactive incident management.
• Production deployment governance and operational readiness.
• Troubleshooting managed file transfers, batch jobs, webservice transactions, Linux scripting and automation.
• Cross-functional communication with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.
• Develop SOPs, perform root-cause reviews and drive continuous improvement.
