Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Production Operations and IT Systems Management professional to provide support to OPTUM clients and associates, research and resolve issues, and ensure QA for job setups and payments. You’ll document processes and coordinate the delivery of client deliverables within SLA.

This role offers telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S., on-call availability, training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a team dedicated to improving health

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with Robot Scheduler by Fortra.
• 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to OPTUM clients and associates.
• Research, resolve and respond to client deliverable issues via phone, email or escalations.
• Complete, maintain and process problem tracking entries in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of client deliverables within SLA using Robot Schedule.
• Participate in building customized notifications for high-profile jobs to ensure completion.
• Ensure all job setups and payments go through QA procedures for accuracy.
