Qualifications

• OCI/OIC/OAC/IDCS cloud platform expertise required.
• Observability and ITSM experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of hybrid network connections, IAM design, and security patching.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud production support across OCI and related Oracle services.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Manage deployment pipelines and automation in CI/CD environments.
• Collaborate with security and network teams on IAM and patching.
• Maintain documentation in Jira, Confluence, and ITSM records.

• Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management.
• Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
• CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation.
• Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
