Coforge is seeking a production support engineer to maintain US regional applications with a focus on uptime and SLA adherence.

You will analyze server and application logs to troubleshoot issues, using Splunk and Dynatrace for proactive monitoring. The role requires strong Oracle SQL skills and Linux-based infrastructure experience, with familiarity of CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database with strong SQL (DDL, DML, joins, aggregates, CASE).
• Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub and ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, RFC).
