Job summary

PNC’s Dealer Floorplan Operations seeks a Production Quality Coordinator based in Cleveland, OH or nearby. You’ll conduct quality reviews, handle due diligence for loan servicing and maintenance requests, and ensure transactions meet SLAs for Commercial and Auto portfolios.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple systems. Remote work may be possible in select locations; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing standard procedures, conducts quality review and analysis of the work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area. Identifies issues requiring correction and facilitates correction.
• Reviews standard transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete the transaction and/or work process.
• Supports the identification of systemic issues and escalates appropriately.
• Supports the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
