Job summary

PNC's Dealer Floorplan Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Production Quality Analyst to perform quality control for the loan servicing and maintenance request workflows, ensuring accuracy, adherence to SLAs (1:30pm for Commercial, 2:30pm for Auto, WI cutoff 5:30pm), and proper escalation when errors occur.

The role supports onboarding of new dealers, handles escalations, and partners with leadership to identify root causes and drive process improvements while maintaining day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience is expected.
• No specific certifications or licenses required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review and analysis of staff work and identify systemic issues.
• Verify complex transactions for completeness and conformance to policies and service levels.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions; work with staff to improve incoming quality.
• Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects.
