Job summary

Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure high standards of quality before closing loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or less of professional experience.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review and analysis of staff work for a line of business.
• Review documents for completeness and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions to improve incoming quality.
• Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects.
