Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first startup building trust in audit and assurance software. We seek a Product Support Representative to join our go-to-market team and help customers maximize their ROI with the Fieldguide platform.

You will respond to inquiries via email, phone, or chat, guide users through features, and contribute to knowledge resources. Evening shifts from 2pm to 11pm PT apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer support experience.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles counts.
• Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
• Bias towards action and ownership of projects.
• Adaptable to changing processes and customer needs.
• Nice to have familiarity with merge tags in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by responding quickly and accurately.
• Provide technical support to resolve platform issues via email, phone, or chat.
• Guide customers through Fieldguide features and best practices.
• Act as liaison between customers and Engineering/Product/Design teams.
• Support onboarding and retention through setup and templates.
• Maintain and update knowledge base for self-service.
