Fieldguide is a remote-first startup building trust in global commerce and capital markets through streamlined assurance and audit workflows. The Product Support Representative will be part of our go-to-market team, delivering world-class customer support for Fieldguide’s platform.

You’ll help customers succeed, working 9am–6pm GMT, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and Design to shape the product roadmap. A strong customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer support experience in a technical role.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Startup or scale-up experience with wearing multiple hats.

Responsabilités

• Build trust with customers by responding quickly and accurately to requests.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Fieldguide's platform.
• Enhance user experience by guiding customers through features and best practices.
• Advocate for the customer by communicating needs to Engineering, Product and Design.
• Bolster onboarding and retention through database setup and template creation.
• Maintain knowledge base with up-to-date help resources and FAQs.
