Job summary

Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking a Product Support Manager for Electric Drive Trucks in the US West.

This remote-position role focuses on facilitating distributor and customer success by resolving product issues and guiding field teams. You will manage warranty processes, support installations, train distributors, and coordinate start-ups with customers and service agents, while driving continuous improvement through data review.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training related to heavy equipment.
• Technical classes on Komatsu electric drive truck line.
• 5 years’ industry repair/service experience on heavy equipment.
• Strong communication with distributors, customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive resolution of product issues with distributors and customers.
• Provide technical support for new mining equipment installations.
• Review and adjudicate warranty claims per policy.
• Prepare reports and presentations on machine performance.
• Coordinate project start-up and delivery with customers and servicing agents.
• Train distributors and monitor contract performance to close gaps.
