Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. in Plymouth, MN (remote) seeks a Product Support Engineer to back commercial launches and ongoing customer support. You will work with engineering, clinical, and sales teams to troubleshoot devices and develop training materials for future engineers.

Travel up to 75% domestically, with focus on supporting initial commercial and clinical cases and developing field guides and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences required or strongly preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience in med device or hospital setting is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

Support commercial, clinical, and pre-clinical equipment and procedures in the field.
Lead the engineering team in customer-facing activities and troubleshoot field issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work for commercialized product support.
Ensure design documentation aligns with the design control system and project deliverables are met.
Develop field training materials for future product support engineers.
Collaborate on conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and demos.
Provide hands-on field support during initial commercial and clinical cases to build troubleshooting guides.
Assist in engaging customers with Histosonics technology.
