Job summary
HistoSonics, Inc. seeks a Clinical Specialist to support successful clinical implementation and adoption of the Edison system. You will provide expert procedural support, ensure clinical excellence during live cases, and collaborate with commercial teams to drive growth.
Travel up to 75% domestically, including overnights; you will partner with Account Managers for site readiness and execute on-site launches, building strong physician relationships and optimizing workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; build credibility across levels.
- Analytical and adaptable; manage real-time challenges in fast-paced settings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, onboarding, and live procedures.
- Partner with Account Managers to align on readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities.
- Lead on-site launches and technology integrations for a seamless clinical experience.
- Identify clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and outcomes.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams.
