Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer support at clinical sites. Remote work is offered with substantial travel to support early commercial cases and clinical trials.

You will collaborate with Operations, R&D, Education, Sales, and Clinical Affairs to resolve issues and develop field training materials. The role requires a strong background in engineering or life sciences, 5+ years in med device environments, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences strongly preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience; ideally in a hospital or a med device company.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage multiple participants while demos stay organized.
Experience supporting product and procedures in the field in both commercial and clinical environments.
Willing to travel up to 75% domestically, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform diagnostics remotely or on-site.
Provide field support during first commercial and clinical cases to understand troubleshooting needs.
Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Education, Sales, and Clinical Affairs to support field activities.
Lead the engineering team in commercial and customer-facing activities and coordinate with R&D SMEs.
Determine priority of work with cross-functional leadership for product support.
Ensure design documentation complies with design control systems and project deliverables.
Assist in developing plans with commercial teams to engage customers with Histosonics’ technology.
Support conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and demos.
Develop field training materials for future product support engineers.
