Job summary

HistoSonics Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Support Engineer to ensure successful product launches and ongoing field support across commercial and clinical sites. You will troubleshoot complex issues, develop guides, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs.

Travel up to 75% domestically, including weekends, and support conferences and trainings. This role combines hands-on engineering, field training development, and partnership with R&D to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; hospital or med device preferred.
• Strong communicator and adaptable; able to manage demos.
• Experience in complex systems design and product support.
• Experience in field support in commercial and clinical environments.
• Excellent communication and quality management systems experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75% domestically (two weekends per month).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely or on-site.
• Provide field support during initial commercial and clinical cases.
• Develop troubleshooting guides for customer support.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Education, Sales, and Clinical Affairs.
• Lead engineering in customer-facing activities and plan resolutions.
• Ensure design documentation meets the company’s design control system.
• Assist in developing customer engagement plans for Histosonics’ technology.
• Support conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and demos.
• Create field training materials for future engineers.
