Job summary

HistoSonics seeks a Senior Product Support Engineer to ensure successful field launches and ongoing customer support for the Edison system. You will troubleshoot complex devices remotely or on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during commercial and clinical cases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medtech, a bachelor’s in engineering or life sciences, and strong communication skills with a focus on quality management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in medtech, hospital, or related environment.
• Experience supporting product and procedures in field and clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and quality management systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnostics remotely or on-site.
• Provide field support during initial commercial and clinical cases; develop troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, R&D, Education, Sales, Clinical Affairs) to support equipment and procedures.
• Lead engineering team in field activities; plan resolution of customer issues with SMEs in R&D.
• Align with key stakeholders to set priorities for commercialized products and support.
• Ensure design documentation meets the design control system; deliver project artifacts.
• Contribute to plans with commercial teams to engage customers and demonstrate Histosonics’ technology.
• Support conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and demos; train future product support staff.
