Job Overview

We are working with a well-established and growing Appraisal Management Company looking for a Client Support Specialist with prior AMC experience to support our clients and appraisers in a high-volume, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client and appraiser support within an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) environment via phone and email, managing appraisal orders from intake through completion
• Coordinate with appraisers and lender clients to handle status updates, revisions, and issue resolution while maintaining professionalism under time-sensitive conditions
• Manage high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and adherence to internal AMC processes and timelines
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
