Azelis Holding S.A. in the United States and Canada seeks a Manager, Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs to lead PSRA operations, ensure compliance, and guide licensing and permitting across the US and Canada.

You will develop the PSRA team, set KPIs, drive improvements, monitor regulatory changes, and provide guidance to commercial, supply chain, and operations teams. Travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a chemical-related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as manager of a quality or regulatory department.
• Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US/Canada regulations for chemicals is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PSRA department to maintain a healthy working environment and optimize contributions.
• Develop a high-performing PSRA team through coaching and performance management.
• Establish KPIs, service levels, and resource priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and integrate new employees into the PSRA team.
• Provide regulatory guidance to commercial, supply chain, operations and leaders.
