Imerys is seeking an Americas Regional Product Stewardship Manager to lead regulatory compliance and product safety across the Americas region from Roswell, GA or Johns Creek Lab. The role partners with VP's and regional teams to anticipate regulatory impacts on new markets, acquisitions, and product development.

You will manage a regional team of PS Managers and SDS Authors, drive central PS tools and policies, ensure risk assessments and timely customer communications, and push for a unified

Qualifikationen

• Masters or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of work experience with 3+ years in leadership in the chemical industry (ideally Chemistry, Agricultural, or Environmental).
• Experience leading Product Stewardship and regulatory programs.

Aufgaben

• Direct management of a regional team of Product Stewardship Managers, Specialists and SDS Authors.
• Collaborate with Global PS leadership to determine future organizational needs for the Americas region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of domestic, export and import products to country regulations.
• Proactively track regulations affecting regional markets and communicate impacts to the business.
• Advise VP leadership on strategic regulatory risks and opportunities in product lifecycle.
• Support development and implementation of group-wide PS tools, processes, and policies.
• Ensure risk assessments for products and projects and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Provide customers with compliant product safety information (SDS, bulletins).
• Foster OneImerys collaboration across regions and participate in external industry groups.
