Job summary

Matrix Adhesives in Ohio is seeking a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Leader to build and execute a global program ensuring compliance with TSCA, REACH, GHS, and other regulations while enabling growth.

You will lead regulatory affairs, product stewardship, and supplier compliance initiatives, mentor teams, and partner with cross-functional groups to stand up MVP governance and digital regulatory infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field required.
• 10+ years in regulatory affairs or product stewardship.
• Deep knowledge of TSCA, REACH, GHS, VOC.
• Proven ability to build programs from the ground up.
• Strong communication with regulators and executive leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in adhesives/chemicals preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory programs for domestic and international markets.
• Oversee product safety, hazard communication, and SDSs.
• Manage supplier regulatory requirements and audits.
• Collaborate on MVP governance with cross-functional teams.
• Stand up regulatory software and regulatory data systems.
• Prepare regulatory status reports for senior leadership.
• Mentor regulatory affairs staff.
