Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group seeks a strategic Regulatory Affairs leader to design and execute the global Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs program. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, enable growth, and reduce risk across domestic and international markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of TSCA, REACH, GHS, and related regulations, plus a track record building regulatory systems, SDS governance, and customer regulatory support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or chemical compliance.
• Deep knowledge of TSCA, REACH, DSL/NDSL, GHS, VOC regulations, and global chemical inventories.
• Proven ability to build programs from the ground up and lead cross-functional governance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory compliance programs for domestic and international markets.
• Monitor and interpret emerging regulatory requirements and assess business impact.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities for TSCA, REACH, CLP/GHS, and other standards.
• Manage product registrations, notifications, and supplier compliance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and market access.
• Prepare regulatory status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
