Job summary

Stonhard seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee global regulatory compliance, SDS authoring, product stewardship, and environmental reporting across international operations.

You will collaborate with R&D, EH&S, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to maintain regulatory alignment, manage external submissions, and support customer compliance programs, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 5+ years in Regulatory Affairs or EH&S.
• Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations and hazard communication.
• Experience with SDS authoring and ERP/regulatory databases.

Responsibilities

• Global Chemical Regulatory Compliance: monitor and ensure adherence to TSCA, REACH, CLP, GHS and related rules.
• SDS Management: author, maintain, translate, and distribute SDSs and hazard communications.
• Product Stewardship and Formula Review: validate materials and regulatory classifications.
• Transportation Compliance: oversee shipping classifications and documentation.
• Regulatory Reporting and Environmental Compliance: handle federal/state and international reporting.
• International Regulatory Support: assist Stonhard Canada/Mexico and affiliated teams.
