Job summary

Azelis Group is seeking a Manager, Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs (US-Canada). This remote, exempt role leads PSRA across the US and Canada, guiding regulatory compliance, licensing and product stewardship.

You will drive teams, manage risk, and collaborate with commercial and operations to enable market access and regulatory excellence. Key duties include governing regulatory master data in ERP, maintaining permits and certifications, and representing Azelis in inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a chemical-related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as manager of a quality or regulatory department.
• Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US/Canada regulations for chemicals an asset.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and priority setting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PSRA department to optimize performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and coach a high-performing PSRA team through mentoring and succession planning.
• Monitor regulatory developments and lead implementation of changes across markets.
• Provide regulatory guidance to commercial, supply chain, operations and leadership teams.
• Manage ERP-based regulatory master data governance and document control.
• Maintain permits, licenses, registrations and certifications across the US and Canada.
