Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in a related field.
• 8–15+ years of regulatory affairs or government affairs experience in chemical industry.
• Proven experience interacting with U.S. federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of TSCA, FIFRA, OSHA and state regulations.
• Ability to influence regulatory outcomes and work in a global, matrixed organization.
• Willing to travel (20–40%) for advocacy and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes North America advocacy strategies for product registration, continued use, and market access.
• Engages with federal and state regulators, legislators, and key stakeholders to influence policy outcomes.
• Monitors legislative and regulatory developments and proactively shapes company positions.
• Represents the company in industry associations, coalitions, and advocacy forums.
• Leads product stewardship programs to ensure safe use, compliance, and lifecycle management.
