Job summary

Accela’s Product Solutions Analyst partners with customers to implement, configure, and optimize Elements XS, Accela's GIS-centric asset management platform. You will work with clients to understand requirements, configure workflows, develop reports, and support adoption of the platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset, with opportunities to guide solutions across Professional Services, Product, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation or GIS solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements for client-facing technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of GIS concepts and geospatial applications.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, or business process solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Elements XS and Connect solutions based on customer requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Develop workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using platform tools.
• Assist with solution implementation, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Maintain and enhance existing customer environments and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers on solution utilization.
• Support project delivery activities, including documentation, requirements gathering, and status updates.
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalated customer support requests.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Support teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
