Job summary

Motion Recruitment in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Business Analyst - Data Analyst to combine business insight with data acumen and collaborate with both business and technical teams.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, write SQL queries, analyze data, and develop automation scripts using Python/JavaScript. You’ll support decision-making, QA data, and work with Product Owners, developers, GIS staff and analysts to improve data and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or APIs.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
