Job summary

GeoAcuity, LLC is seeking a GIS Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and visualize geospatial data for federal and commercial clients. This hands-on role supports planning, operations, and decision-making in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Work is remote and involves collaborating with experienced geospatial professionals to produce maps, dashboards, and spatial analyses using ArcGIS Pro and Esri tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of professional GIS analysis experience.
Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Pro, Online, and Enterprise.
Experience with spatial data management and cartography production.
Familiarity with shapefiles, geodatabases, GeoJSON, and rasters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work remotely in a team.
U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and manage geospatial datasets from various sources.
Perform spatial analysis to support client deliverables.
Produce maps, dashboards, and visualizations for reporting.
Maintain geodatabases and feature classes in enterprise systems.
Develop repeatable GIS workflows and SOPs.
Assist with data conversion, QA/QC activities.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to meet deadlines.
