Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Product Security Engineer/Architect to design and implement security solutions across Bracco products. You will work with product development teams to ensure secure, resilient software and hardware interfaces, and contribute to security deliverables across the R&D organization.

The role offers global flexibility with remote or on-site options and requires strong threat modelling, security testing, and Secure SDLC expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• 3 years’ experience in systems security administration and/or software engineering.
• 2 years’ experience in product security architecture, testing, or vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks (OWASP, NIST, SANS, MITRE ATT&CK, UL 2900).
• Experience implementing Secure SDLC processes.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and software teams for design reviews, threat modelling, testing, remediation.
• Review system architecture and define security requirements and capabilities.
• Guide developers and engineers on security practices and mitigations against threats.
• Be part of PSIRT to manage vulnerabilities and incident response.
• Collaborate with R&D Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Service to reduce risk.
• Develop and deliver security training to internal teams.
• Evaluate new security tools and build internal tooling as needed.
