Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Product Owner, Operations Analytics to lead the analytics portfolio for Operations reporting and data workflows. This role partners with Operations leadership to define priorities, build the analytics roadmap, and deliver high-value BI solutions using Power BI and Power Platform.

The position focuses on rationalizing and modernizing reporting, leveraging enterprise data assets, and improving operational decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering, analytics, CS or related field.
• Experience with ERP data and manufacturing analytics is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT business partner for Operations analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data workflows.
• Own and manage the Operations Analytics Portfolio with roadmap and priorities.
• Develop BI solutions and Power Platform capabilities to improve decision-making.
• Lead modernization and rationalization of Operations reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, ERP and vendor teams to ensure governance and standards.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and solution adoption activities.
