Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Product Owner, Operations analytics, to serve as the IT business partner for Operations reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data workflows. You will own the Operations Analytics Portfolio, define priorities, and drive the delivery of high-value BI solutions and Power Platform projects.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver technology solutions.
• Proven track record in analytics, reporting, process improvement, or ERP initiatives.
• Experience with ERP migrations, implementations, or large-scale transformations.
• Fluency with Power BI or Tableau and data governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and IT for analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data workflows.
• Own and manage the Operations Analytics Portfolio with roadmap development and value realization.
• Lead rationalization, consolidation, and modernization of reporting and Power Platform solutions.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures for analytics initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for analytics, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, ERP, and vendor teams to align with standards.
• Promote enterprise datasets, standard metrics, and standardized reporting across Operations.
