Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands‑on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 5 years Progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics products.
• Develop, maintain dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
• Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on to stay connected with content and technology.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Business Services and related teams to deliver analytics solutions.
