Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the Revenue Cycle Services Analytics Products team. You will oversee the delivery and health of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data deliverables across the organization.

The role requires balancing delegation with hands-on involvement to stay close to content and technology, driving BI strategy, project delivery, and continuous process improvement within Providence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 5 years Progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics products.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure integrity of dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts.
• Balance delegation with hands-on involvement to stay close to content and technology.
