Job summary

Reflect Health is seeking a remote Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of healthcare data integration and reporting solutions. You will translate client needs into actionable user stories, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to optimize EDI processes.

Ideal candidates bring EDI knowledge (834/837/835), strong communication skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Background as Product Owner/Business Analyst or similar with technical delivery focus.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions (834, 837, 835) and healthcare data exchange processes.
• Ability to design and deliver custom reporting with data teams.
• Familiarity with Cigna data workflows and healthcare claims/eligibility is a plus.
• Experience in Agile practices and tooling.
• Strong communication to translate tech topics to business language.
• Ability to meet client contractual and BA agreement data handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate clear user stories and product requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams on integration needs.
• Oversee data exchange processes including Cigna flows; monitor and improve.
• Drive initiatives to improve EDI workflows and reporting solutions.
• Partner with engineering, data and operations for delivery of technical solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming to maintain momentum.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and outcomes to leadership.
